- Hours:** M-F/ 9am - 5pm
- Five (5) or more years' experience in development, including major gifts and capital campaign experience, preferably in healthcare/medical industry or higher education
- Previous experience in managing successful capital campaigns
- Established track record of building strong relationships with internal constituencies, board leadership and external donors
- Proven operational leadership and excellent communication skills
- Self-motivation, positive energy, drive, stamina and enthusiasm
- Strong management skills and superior organization skills
- Strong working knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge
- Good facilitation skills
- Leadership skills
- Presentation skills to top management
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
