Job Essentials

• Five (5) or more years' experience in development, including major gifts and capital campaign experience, preferably in healthcare/medical industry or higher education
• Previous experience in managing successful capital campaigns
• Established track record of building strong relationships with internal constituencies, board leadership and external donors
• Proven operational leadership and excellent communication skills
• Self-motivation, positive energy, drive, stamina and enthusiasm
• Strong management skills and superior organization skills
• Strong working knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge
• Good facilitation skills
• Leadership skills
• Presentation skills to top management
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Team player
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Englewood Health job postings provide a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.

**Minimum rate: $40.00**
