- Participate in high‑risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitation.

- Provide consultations for pediatricians, surgeons, obstetricians
- Supervise hospitalists
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to hospital policies and evidence‑based neonatal care standards.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow‑up needs.
- Availability on-site within 30 minutes, when on-call, for clinical duties.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an ACGME‑accredited Neonatal‑Perinatal Medicine fellowship.
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Neonatal‑Perinatal Medicine within 2 years of onset of employment.
- Valid New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Current Neonatoal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- DEA & NJ CDS registrations
- AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
