What your day will look like
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including routine physical examinations, preventative screenings, and chronic disease management
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries
Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare professionals.
Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic test results
Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive health measures.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational policies and regulations.
Collaborate effectively with nurses, medical assistants, care coordinators, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active or eligible for New Jersey Medical License
DEA & NJ CDS registration
AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS certification
Strong surgical skills and clinical judgment
