Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities:
Assisting with routine maintenance and repairs of building systems, equipment, and grounds
Performing minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
Conducting daily safety checks and responding to maintenance requests Ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Supporting emergency maintenance needs as required
Other duties as assigned
Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:
Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)
Basic knowledge of general maintenance tools and procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
