Full-time Description
This position is responsible for the care and maintenance of Engledow Estates clients' properties. Care and maintenance includes but is not limited to: mowing, watering, weeding, edging, trimming, mulching, pruning, snow removal in the winter, planting various plant material, and trash removal, while completing tasks in the most safe and efficient manner.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the care and maintenance of Engledow Estates clients' properties. Care and maintenance includes but is not limited to: mowing, watering, weeding, edging, trimming, mulching, pruning, snow removal in the winter, planting various plant material, and trash removal, while completing tasks in the most safe and efficient manner.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Maintain properties for Engledow Estates
- Accomplish assigned mowing and maintenance tasks in a timely and quality manner
- Complete all necessary paperwork for payroll, utilize BOSS, and/or time sheets
- Communicate with Estates Supervisor regarding issues at properties
- Maintain all driving and safety standards during work
- Participation on a designated team executing snow removal during the winter months
- Valid Drivers license
- Attention to Detail
- 1 year experience required, preferably with a zero turn.
