England Byrd Dental is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing private practice. Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper infection control protocols
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and CDC compliance
- Take high-quality digital radiographs
- Make temporary crowns and fabricate provisional restorations
- Take digital impressions and traditional impressions as needed
- Assist with crown and bridge, implant, oral surgery, endodontic, and restorative procedures
- Educate patients on treatment plans and oral hygiene
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the patient record
- Stock and organize operatories and clinical supplies
- Work collaboratively with the entire team to provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Current CPR certification
- Digital radiography certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus (but not required)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8-5, every other Friday 8-12.
