England Family Dental is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team! We are a patient-focused practice that takes pride in delivering excellent care in a fun, friendly, supportive environment.
Office Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Every other Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Post insurance payments accurately
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims
- Assist patients with billing questions and payments
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Assist in answering phone calls, scheduling, and front desk duties
Qualifications:
- Previous dental office experience
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and claims process
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced but friendly environment
- A team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Strong attendance record is essential
- Dental knowledge is required with experience in Eaglesoft being helpful but not necessary.
