Production Supervisor

Enginuity Advantage
Everett, WA Full Time
POSTED ON 1/13/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 1/27/2026

Lead the floor. Build strong teams. See the impact of your work every single day

If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants real ownership over people, process, and performance, this role was built for you.

As a Production Supervisor, you'll lead daily operations in a large, high-output facility where your leadership directly impacts quality, safety, and on-time delivery. This is not a desk job—you'll be visible on the floor, working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team, solving problems in real time, and driving results that matter.

You'll enjoy a four-day workweek, strong pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to lead crews who rely on your direction and experience. If you take pride in running an efficient operation, developing people, and getting product out the door safely and on schedule, this is a role where you can truly make your mark.

Position Summary
