Position Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing daily production activities within a large manufacturing facility in Everett. This role serves as the key link between production crews and leadership, ensuring work is executed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.
You'll be accountable for tactical execution on the shop floor—coordinating crews, assigning work, maintaining schedules, and addressing challenges as they arise. Success in this role requires strong floor presence, decisive leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Crew Leadership & Coordination
Lead and oversee daily activities to ensure high-quality, on-time production
Serve as the primary point of contact for all hourly production employees
Assign work based on skills, capacity, and production priorities
Develop and adjust daily work plans to meet changing production demands
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
Quality Assurance
Enforce quality standards and production specifications
Identify and resolve quality issues quickly to prevent rework
Partner with Quality teams to implement corrective actions
Safety Leadership
Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures
Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks
Address unsafe conditions or behaviors immediately
Training & Development
Provide hands-on training and coaching to production staff
Mentor less experienced team members
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety practices
What We're Looking For
Proven experience supervising teams in a manufacturing or assembly environment
Strong leadership and communication skills with hourly workforces
Ability to plan, organize, and direct work to meet production goals
Working knowledge of quality control and safety standards
Hands-on assembly experience (steel manufacturing preferred)
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications
High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade certifications a plus)

$42–$49/hour, depending on experience
