Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Coordinator at Nemko USA Inc. located in Carlsbad, CA. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion including, but not limited to, the following:

• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, objectives and deliverables
• Evaluate potential problems and develop solutions
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
