Develop and run complex mathematical vehicle seat models with Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) analysis to evaluate and predict the vehicle seat & occupant behavior during crash scenarios. Perform CAE whiplash simulations for vehicle seat programs to ensure compliance with IIHS and Euro NCAP safety protocols. Analyze simulation data and provide design recommendations to optimize seat performance and meet global occupant protection requirements. Apply LS-DYNA, Ansa, Meta, HyperMesh, HyperView analysis codes during the evaluation and development of the vehicle seat.
