Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Our Company is in search of an experienced Customer Service Representative who will be responsible to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. The position will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems/ concerns that our customers communicate to our organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Manage large amounts of incoming customer inquiries by phone and/or email.
· Generate sales leads & opportunities through customer communication.
· Proactively identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
· Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
· Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner and follow up to ensure resolution satisfactory to our customers.
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
· Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Education/Qualifications:
· Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
· Track record of over-achieving expectations.
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
· Familiarity with Manufacturing Processes, Stamping, Sheet Metal and Machining knowledge.
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· High School Diploma required.
