You'll interact with customers, coordinate orders, and work closely with other departments to help ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities include:
- Data entry
- Customer email and phone communication
- Order entry and processing
- Inventory management
- Order fulfillment and shipping coordination
- Assisting customers with questions and requests
- General office support as needed
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
- Office experience is preferred but not required
Position Details
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Overtime available as needed
- Hourly pay based on experience and qualifications
