What are the responsibilities and job description for the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician Assistant/Trainee position at Engineering & Inspections Unlimited, Inc.?
Engineering & Inspections Unlimited, Inc., is currently seeking a Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Technician Assistant/Trainee. The ideal candidate wants to learn and is willing to be trained in the diverse field of NDT. We are looking for a self-starter who possesses a strong work ethic, punctuality, positive attitude, and strong technical aptitude, who wants to advance to become a Certified NDT Level II Technician.
**Preference will be given to candidates with a current IRRSP card. For those candidates, the potential rate of pay increases to $25.00-28.00/hour. **
US Citizenship is required.
- Applicant must pass a pre-employment background check and drug & alcohol test (random testing will occur during employment). A driver's license is required.
Work Locations vary from construction sites, pipeline projects, fabrication shops, and our in-house NDT Lab in a warehouse office complex.
Applicants should be aware that work hours & shifts will vary depending on work loads and projects. This job will consist of primarily afternoon or evening/overnight shift work, but sometimes day shift will be required. Over-time hours will often occur. Flexibility with this type of schedule is a must.

Radiography (RT)
Ultrasonic (UT)
Pentrant (PT)
Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
Eddy-Current Testing (ET)
