Job Summary
We are hiring a full-time Automotive Electronics Testing Technician to join our team immediately. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable around vehicles and electronics, has strong attention to detail, and can learn quickly. You’ll perform in-vehicle testing of automotive modules using our fleet (primarily Jeeps), document results, and assist with related bench tasks. There is also aesthetically fine-detail work of exterior of modules of which we offer training. If you are a hard worker and willing to work, we will train you.
What You’ll Do
· Perform in-vehicle testing of automotive modules (e.g., PCM/ECU, TIPM, ABS modules) using our test vehicles.
· Identify, document, and report issues found during testing (notes, photos, basic check-lists)
· Handle modules carefully.
· Assist with fine-detail work, such as rebuilding/repairing damaged plugs and connect-ors
· Support basic workflow tasks (labeling, tracking modules, keeping the work area orga-nized)
· Learn our internal process for module aesthetics repair (clean-up, cosmetic restoration, prep/finishing) – training provided.
What We’re Looking For
· General knowledge of automobiles and basic automotive electronics
· Comfortable working hands-on with tools, vehicles, and small components
· Able and willing to learn automotive modules and follow a structured test process
· Detail-oriented (you notice small problems before they become big ones)
· Reliable attendance and able to work independently once trained
Nice to Have (Not Required)
· Experience with connectors, terminals, wiring repairs, soldering, or electronics assem-bly
· Experience with scan tools, multimeters, or basic diagnostic workflow
· Mechanical aptitude or prior shop / electronics / hobby repair background
