This on-site role involves providing high-quality administrative assistance and clerical support, managing phone communications, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. The role also includes coordinating marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient office operations, and supporting day-to-day business functions.
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to efficiently manage schedules, organize paperwork, and oversee office operations
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for effective engagement with clients, team members, and external stakeholders
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and organizational tasks
