About the Role
A fast-paced local healthcare company in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to support executive-level administrative and operational functions in a corporate, backend environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Executive Assistants supporting C-level executives
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across internal systems
- Complete, track, and maintain templates, reports, and documents
- Work with CRM and other internal software systems (training provided as needed)
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (required)
- Strong overall computer and technical skills
- Experience with CRM systems or similar office software is a plus
Experience
- 2–3 years of administrative or office experience required
- Experience in a professional office or healthcare setting is a plus
