A commercial property services company is currently seeking experienced Painters & Drywall Technicians for ongoing opportunities throughout the Detroit area. These positions will perform painting and drywall work in both occupied and unoccupied commercial spaces, with an emphasis on delivering clean, professional finishes and completing projects on schedule.
Painters & Drywall Technicians will handle drywall installation, finishing and repairs, as well as interior painting, surface preparation, priming, finish coats, and touch-ups. Qualified Painters & Drywall Technicians will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and
experience:
- 5–10 years of hands-on commercial painting and drywall experience, including hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, patching, and Level 4–5 finishing.
- Strong experience with interior painting, including surface preparation, masking, priming, finish coats, touch-ups, and color changes.
- Ability to work independently or with a small crew, read project scopes/drawings, follow jobsite safety requirements, and complete quality work on schedule.
- Must have basic tools, reliable transportation, and the ability to communicate professionally with supervisors, other trades, and tenants.
