Engineered Systems is a leading overhead bridge crane manufacturer in the Southeast, dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality solutions. Our team specializes in designing and fabricating high-quality cranes that power industrial operations across various sectors.
Our office in Cartersville, GA is in need of a Office Coordinator with the ability to manage:
- Day-to-day functions in the local office to assist Territory Manager and Service Manager, as needed
- Assist with invoicing procedures to facilitate improved efficiencies in the quoting process to grow the maintenance customer base.
- Assist with inspection/blue sheet process.
- Assist Service Manager with creating jobs, entering labor, and cost to jobs in business system.
- Maintain all vehicle inspection, oil change and repair records. Complete vehicle/equipment inspections.
- Assist Maintenance with ordering crane repair parts.
- Field and distribute incoming calls and greet guests.
- Serve as shipping and receiving clerk for all incoming/outgoing shipments using manual lifting and forklift skills.
- Must be able to work independently and, at times, in an environment of solitude.
Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills (microsoft office suite)
- Valid driver's license
- Able to lift 50 lbs to receive and move parts
- 8am-5pm with hour lunch. Could be changed, as approved.
- Overtime, as needed.
