We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Plastic Manufacturer to join our team. Duties
- Operate and monitor plastic manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Perform data collection and analysis to maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CGMP, and HACCP standards.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to execute quality audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Utilize coordinate measuring machines and vision inspection systems for accurate measurements.
- Maintain documentation related to quality management systems and production processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
Skills
- Proficiency in Calypso software for measurement analysis.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations pertaining to plastic manufacturing.
- Experience with quality control procedures and quality assurance practices.
- Familiarity with quality systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CGMP standards.
- Excellent analysis skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
- Ability to conduct thorough quality inspections using various precision measuring instruments.
