What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window Installer position at Engineered Metals & Composites?
Window Installer/Sander
Schedule: Mon-Fri (and some Saturdays)
1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Ability to position windows on various frames with the tolerance allowed
- Ability to work with various products to ensure windows are secure
- Follow directions and steps to mount the windows
- Be able to work independently as well with team members
- Be familiar with hand tools required for certain tasks
- Maintaining 5S of area
Requirements
- Verifiable auto-body finishing experience (preferred)
- High attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record is required
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask and be versatile in daily duties
- Follow verbal and written directions
- Work in a team setting
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Stand for duration of shift
- Lift 20 - 50 lbs. consistently throughout the entirety of shift
