Job Overview
Assist Distribution Supervisor with ensuring that product complies with the company’s quality standards.
In addition, provides support for quality processes to ensure quality procedures, goals and objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
• Verify information on packing list with physical count to ensure incoming accuracy
• Using protocols identified by company SOPs inspect all incoming materials/components for conformance
• Prepared required documentation for incoming material/component inspections
• Report non-conforming materials/components to Distribution Supervisor for review
• Perform verification of outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Assist with maintaining Quality Hold area
• Any other assignments as directed by immediate supervisor or their designee
What We’re Looking for:
• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Must be able to speak, read and write English (Required)
• Prior quality experience or three years production experience at EMS
• Additional on the job training provided
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
