Job Overview

Drives the talent strategy and shapes the future of Human Resources and the business by leading transformative initiatives in organizational design, leadership development, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. Collaborating with the Executive Team, the position ensures alignment of people strategies with business goals, fosters a high-performance culture, and oversees key HR functions, including rewards, benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive talent strategy and evolve the future state of Human Resources and the business.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Team to develop and implement a transformative people strategy, driving business growth and scalability.
  • Lead strategic organizational redesign efforts to cultivate high-performing teams, fostering leadership upskilling, cultural change, and enhanced employee engagement and retention.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Agency Responses – Manage compliance with employment laws and oversee responses to inquiries from agencies such as EEOC, DOL, and OSHA as needed.
  • Ensure the alignment of organizational design, capabilities, and talent to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage in the marketplace.
  • Develop total rewards strategies that align with business demands
  • Workplace Safety, OSHA Compliance & Workers’ Compensation – Ensure adherence to safety regulations, manage OSHA compliance, and oversee workers' compensation programs to reduce risk and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Successfully increase the production workforce to meet growth demands, lead innovative and cost-effective recruitment sourcing strategy and developing manufacturing employees
  • Lead HR initiatives for acquisitions, ensuring smooth assimilation and high talent engagement and retention
  • Lead the investigation processes ensuring outcomes are aligned with company culture and values.
  • Maintain high product quality, employee engagement and productivity
  • Partner with benefits broker to develop comprehensive benefits package and oversee the annual open enrollment process
  • Responsible for the annual review process
  • Partner with people managers across the business to provide executive coaching and policy recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • SHRM certified, preferred
  • 5 years experience
