eNGINE is actively hiring a Technical Project Manager to support a major technology organization that delivers complex, high-impact software and infrastructure initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured delivery environments, enjoys partnering closely with engineering teams, and can navigate enterprise-scale programs with clarity and precision. In this position, you’ll guide cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles—ensuring planning, execution, and delivery stay on track. You’ll manage Agile practices, coordinate with technical leads, maintain documentation, mitigate risks, and help drive consistent engineering processes across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Support governance and engineering control efforts by tracking KPIs, enforcing standards, and streamlining delivery processes
- Act as a technical partner to engineering and DevOps teams—gathering requirements, refining workflows, and improving tooling
- Drive delivery of software initiatives with a strong focus on Agile practices and cross-team alignment
- Help advance DevOps/DevSecOps and CI/CD capabilities by supporting automation, tooling upgrades, and process improvements
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities using delivery metrics and control data
- Ensure regulatory and compliance needs are built into engineering workflows and documentation
- Collaborate on platform tools such as JFrog, code analysis systems, or CI/CD pipelines
- Explore opportunities to introduce AI-enabled coding assistance where applicable
Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of delivery management experience, including 5 years in a technical or engineering environment
- Proven background delivering enterprise-scale software or infrastructure initiatives
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr and familiarity with tools like GitLab, Artifactory, etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferences
- Experience with engineering controls, governance, or regulated/compliance-driven environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality tooling
- Exposure to AI-driven technologies, machine learning, or intelligent automation projects
- Experience with Miro

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
