Job Summary:
eNGINE is hiring a ServiceNow Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that IT Service Management (ITSM) and other modules function efficiently to support business processes and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the ServiceNow platform, including user setup, permissions, workflows, forms, and UI policies.
- Manage and configure ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Maintain platform updates, patches, and upgrades in coordination with ServiceNow best practices.
- Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions within the platform.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Maintain data integrity and security in accordance with company standards.
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and customizations.
- Train and support end users and internal teams on ServiceNow functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript), and data management.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automation, Flow Designer, or ServiceNow IntegrationHub.
- ServiceNow Certification is a plus.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
