eNGINE is hiring a Pittsburgh, PA based Project Manager to support our customer’s PMO & Communications Teams. This role will focus on community outreach, translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will work closely with another Technical Project Manager to ensure public understanding of project impacts, especially regarding public safety.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage communications-related projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met
- Partner with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors to deliver high-quality communications initiatives
- Develop project plans, manage workflows, coordinate resources, and track progress
- Support internal and external communications, stakeholder engagement, and crisis response efforts
- Report on project status, risks, and performance metrics
What You Bring:
- 4 years of project management experience, with a strong background in communications support
- Prior experience in the utilities, power, or energy sector (required)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project)
- PMP certification a plus
