Job Overview:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you carry considerable responsibility in the upkeep and functionality of ETE REMAN’s facilities and equipment. Your days will be spent troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the production facility and equipment. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing process & procedures, employees, jobs, quality standards and inventory. Suggesting and implementing improvements, coaching, and ensuring work is being completed in the most efficient manner. Support other areas when needed, be helpful and organized to ensure daily demands are met and processes run smoothly throughout the facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
- Be involved in hiring process for new maintenance technicians
- Train and supervise maintenance technicians
- Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs, or maintenance (electricians, plumbers, etc.)
- Inspect and maintain building systems, including but not limited to heating and ventilation contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
- Participate in the coordination of projects, such as renovations, etc.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Follow directions from team leads, supervisors and managers, be proactive and helpful
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment, be at your workstation on time daily

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (welding, fabrication, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations
- Understanding of budgeting and performance management
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be 18 years old, high school diploma preferred, detail oriented, automotive/mechanical ability a plus
- Willingness and understanding you will get dirty at times, and may have to work with chemicals
- Skill and ability of working with your hands, manual tools (must provide your own) and other instruments
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand & work on your feet for 8 hours a day and under pressure at times
- Have a Can-Do Attitude, with good time management, communication and decision-making skills
- Self-starting and motivated; believe in teamwork and uphold the ability to always help others
