CNC Programmer/Manufacturing Engineer
Pay: $42-$45/hr (Based on Experience)
Shift: 1st Shift (6-7 AM - 3:30 PM)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support Launch Readiness Programs throughout the product cycle.
• Design and develop manufacturing tooling.
• Provide drawings, models, and all necessary engineering documents for manufacturing operations.
• Create and edit programs in G&M Code and Conversational/Mazatrol for production CNC machines.
• Design, Develop, Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership of capital / continuous improvement projects focused on meeting company goals
• Assure product and process quality by designing test methods, testing finished product and process capabilities, establishing standards, confirming manufacturing processes.
• Provide manufacturing decision making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.
• Collaborate with outside sources for tooling design, design simulation, and tooling production as needed.
• Practices effective communication techniques to keep all concerned properly informed.
• Attends and/or holds meetings, conferences and seminars as required.
• Develop work instructions and procedures.
• Follow safe work practices and keep work area clean and organized.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Manages the daily workflow and oversees project management of the departments.
• Provides constructive and timely coaching and development opportunities for the team to align with department and business objectives.
Qualification & experience requirement of candidate
• Bachelor’s Degree – Major Desired: Engineering or Technology (Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial)
• 5 years of Manufacturing / Process Engineering experience with-in a Foundry or Metal Processing environment
• Effective at developing and managing a project plan to achieve desired results
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office software
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma training a plus
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Solid Works
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with team.
