Job Summary
We are seeking a Program Manager who is strategic, organized, and people-centered to oversee the successful implementation of out-of-school-time programs serving TK–8th grade students. The Program Manager leads the day-to-day execution and quality of programs across multiple sites, ensuring strong student experiences, effective instruction, and operational excellence. This role supervises and supports Instructional & Program Support Site Leads, builds staff capacity, and ensures programs are implemented with fidelity. This is an in-person role based in Fresno, with regular travel to program sites (approximately 15–25%) to support implementation, observe program quality, and coach staff.
