Program Manager (Full-Time)
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Program Manager who is strategic, organized, and people-centered to oversee the successful implementation of out-of-school-time programs serving TK–8th grade students. The Program Manager leads the day-to-day execution and quality of programs across multiple sites, ensuring strong student experiences, effective instruction, and operational excellence. This role supervises and supports Instructional & Program Support Site Leads, builds staff capacity, and ensures programs are implemented with fidelity.
This is an in-person role based in Fresno, with regular travel to program sites (approximately 15–25%) to support implementation, observe program quality, and coach staff.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overseeing Programs
- Manage a portfolio of in-person and virtual programs toward strong, equity-focused outcomes
- Oversee program implementation across sites, ensuring alignment with curriculum, schedules, and program goals
- Monitor program quality, including student engagement, attendance, and instructional effectiveness
- Use data to track progress and adjust program supports to meet goals
- Gather, maintain, and analyze program data to inform decision-making and improve program efficiency
- Travel to program sites (approximately 15–25%) to support implementation and observe program quality
- Maintain accurate program records and ensure compliance with all program requirements
- Support program budgets and resource allocation
Program Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Support program evaluations and implement feedback and recommendations
- Gather input from staff and partners to identify needs and areas for improvement
- Use data and site observations to inform program adjustments and strengthen outcomes
- Ensure consistent, high-quality program implementation across sites
Staff Management & Coaching
- Supervise, coach, and support Instructional & Program Support Site Leads and instructional staff
- Lead regular check-ins, observations, and feedback cycles
- Support staff development in instruction, classroom management, and program execution
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training staff
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive team culture
Program Planning & Coordination
- Lead program planning, including scheduling, staffing, and site coordination
- Develop and maintain systems and templates to streamline scheduling, program coordination, and site operations
- Ensure all sites are prepared with curriculum, materials, and necessary resources
- Coordinate across teams to support smooth program operations
- Support student recruitment and enrollment efforts
Partnership & Communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school partners and stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with staff, families, and partners
- Serve as a key point of contact for program-related communication
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s preferred)
- 3 years of experience in education, after-school, or youth development programs
- Experience managing or leading teams
- Experience supporting multi-site program implementation preferred
- Experience using data to drive program improvement
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Zoom

COMPENSATION RANGE:
Salary $70,000 - $78,000
