$700–$1,200 per week (Base Pay Performance Bonuses)

While we work with a variety of partners, our Charlotte team is currently expanding to support our nonprofit campaigns by helping raise awareness, build community engagement, and create lasting impact for organizations that make a difference.

What Is a Marketing Trainee?

This is not a role where you sit on the sidelines and watch.

As a Marketing Trainee, you will receive hands-on training while actively participating in live campaigns and community outreach initiatives.

You will learn how to:

• Communicate effectively with different audiences.
• Represent nonprofit organizations professionally.
• Create positive customer and community experiences.
• Understand marketing campaign strategies.
