As a company, Engagify partners with 40 brands, organizations, and nonprofit partners to deliver face-to-face marketing campaigns across a variety of industries. Right now, we're expanding our Charlotte team to support nonprofit organizations, helping them grow awareness, connect with communities, and inspire lasting support.

What You'll Learn

This program combines hands-on experience with daily coaching so you can develop skills that transfer into future leadership roles.

You'll gain experience in:

• Live marketing and community engagement.
• Professional communication.

• Goal setting and performance improvement.

You'll start by learning the business firsthand before taking on greater responsibility as you grow.

Your Day-to-Day

As a Marketing Leadership Trainee, you'll:

• Represent nonprofit campaigns at community events and retail locations.
• Build genuine connections with members of the public.
• Share the mission and impact of the organizations you represent.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve campaign goals.
• Learn from experienced leaders through ongoing coaching and mentorship.
• Develop the confidence and skills needed to lead future campaigns.

Before You Apply

This is a full-time, entry-level, on-site position in Charlotte, NC.

Our team works face-to-face with the public at community campaigns and live events throughout the Charlotte area. This is an active role designed for people who enjoy working with others and want to develop professionally.

Remote work and relocation assistance are not available.
