An AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its Finance & Restructuring Litigation Practice Group. This position focuses exclusively on commercial and business litigation (not bankruptcy work), including disputes involving financial institutions and a range of other complex commercial matters.
Associates in this group also have the opportunity to work on sovereignty, gaming, and land disputes, offering exposure to unique and high-impact litigation.
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience at an AmLaw 100 firm
- Exceptional legal writing and communication skills
- Strong academic credentials (GPA of 3.2 or higher)
- A compelling writing sample and demonstrated attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $180,000–$300,000
- Bonuses: Discretionary year-end bonuses
