A large, world-renowned law firm is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join their team!
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support across HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, leaves, time tracking, and more)
• Configure and optimize Workday business processes
• Lead testing efforts for system upgrades and new features
• Deliver training sessions on HRIS processes and functionality
• Analyze HR data processes and implement improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Maintain documentation, job aids, and user guides
• Support Absence Management and reporting
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance, including government reporting
• Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and HRIS projects
Requirements:
5 years of HRIS experience (Workday required)
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday configuration
• Background in HR data, reporting, and analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field
• Advanced skills in Excel and business applications
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Experience in professional services or legal environments preferred
Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
