Job Purpose
Looking for a motivated and detailed- orientated person who can support the daily operations of the Accounting Department, including preparing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and assisting in month-end and year-end close. Ensures compliance with accounting principles, practices, and company policies while contributing to the overall accuracy and integrity of the financial reporting processes.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Prepare account reconciliations
- Assist with various month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist / Manage vendor setups
- Manage accounts payable reporting
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation where applicable
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and Internal Controls
- Assist in annual physical inventory
Qualifications
Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1-3 years of experience
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency with Accounting Software
- Experience with monthly financial closings.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) and ERP.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.

- This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
- Must be able and willing to work overtime.
