District Manager

POSITION SUMMARY 

The District Manager for our Wright, WY location is a strategic leader, a result-driven and customer service-oriented individual. The District Manager is a key driver of success for the district providing leadership, accountability, business acumen, communication, and customer service; both operationally and in sales. This position will entail a combination of work conducted both remotely, in the field and at the office. 

Core Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Work Safely or not at all. Value and follow all safe work practices, company policies, and client worksite regulations 

• Champion EnerStar Core Values 

• Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth 

• Ensure that the district delivers value and excellence to the clients 

• Maintain profit margins and implement business plan 

• Ensure that all projects are executed profitably and in compliance to standardized business practices 

• Perform strategic customer service delivery while maximizing profitability, 

• Organize, train and schedule employees 

• Manage and maintain the condition of all rental assets 

• Lead the branch and plan day to day operations 

• Execute the companies health, safety and environment policies and practices 

• Additional responsibilities: as identified and assigned 

Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar Solutions. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 

 Education: 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar discipline preferred 

• An equivalent combination of experience and education can be considered 

Experience: 

• 4 to 7 years of progress career growth 

• Experience in the oil & gas industry 

• Management experience in equipment rental or related industry 

• Proven district management working experience
