POSITION SUMMARY
The Field Service Technician is a hands-on problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments and values safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction? EnerStar is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our results-driven team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting our clients with rig moves, new setups, rig releases, and infield repairs—making a direct impact every day.
You’ll work closely with our Lead Service Tech and Field Service Supervisor, ensuring high-quality service and clear communication with clients. Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety in all tasks and comply with company and client safety protocols
- Champion EnerStar Core Values in all professional activities
- Communicate with Lead Service Tech/Field Service Supervisor on a regular basis
- Communicate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure all tickets are signed prior to leaving location
- Maintain safe, efficient and quality service while on client locations
- Promote quality assurance to clients
- Participate in other relevant tasks as assigned
Travel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar.

Field Service Tech Level I: Handyman skills, rough-in, stud work
Field Service Tech Level II: Carpentry apprentices 3 years
Field Service Tech Level III: Carpentry Finishing experience 5 years
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Willingness and ability to properly wear and utilize all Personal Protective Equipment as required
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Active listener; responds in professional manner
- Able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to be on call
- Able to work nights and weekends if needed
- Able and willing to travel out of town as needed
- Able to run electronic software, including but not limited to smart phones, computers, metering devices, etc
- General handyman skills desired but not required
- Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs on a regular basis
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-Motivator, ability to motivate others
- Clean driving record
- Strong commitment to safety
- Ability to effectively multi-task
