JOB SUMMARY
Energy Transport Logistics is seeking a self-motivated Accounts Payable professional with experience managing high-volume workflows in fast-paced environments. Proven ability to support internal and external stakeholders with a proactive, detail-oriented, and professional approach.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage accounts payable inbox and prioritize high-volume invoices
- Own invoice processing from entry to payment
- Coordinate invoice approvals with managers to ensure timely payments
- Handle all utility and vendor payments, maintaining strong relationships
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
- Assist with weekly check runs and prepare payment reports
- Perform monthly reconciliations and vendor statement reviews
- Support audit requests with organized documentation
- Process check deposits and bank uploads
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and approval processes
- Maintain accurate vendor records and supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end close activities and cutoff procedures
- Improve AP processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Assisted with ad hoc accounting projects
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in high-volume environments
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Exposure to GL coding / expense classification
- Reliable transportation
Salary : $55,000 - $62,000
