This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating operational needs into effective IT solutions. The analyst ensures technology initiatives improve efficiency, transparency, safety, compliance, and customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor EDI dashboard. Collaborate with customers and TMS developers to ensure data accuracy and delivery. Resolve any data issues to ensure the most accurate dashboard results.
• Build a data dashboard of key data points used by management team to make day to day as well as long term business decisions.
• Partner with management to document business needs and collaborate with software provides to develop useful solutions.
• Implement processes for improvement, when necessary.
• Provide alphaTRUCK platform support to operational users.
COMPETENCIES
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communications skills; verbal, written and phone.
• Strong understanding of all MS Office Programs.
• Exposure to building reports and data dashboards.
• Ability to stand, lift, squat for extended period of time- Requires good Physical Condition.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs., unassisted.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
