We feel this person will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work directly with the Controller and accounting team to support monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting.
· Help maintain organized and accurate financial records and support continuous improvement of accounting processes.
· Collaborate across departments and with senior finance leadership to deepen your knowledge of the business.
· Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
· 2–3 years of accounting experience (private, public, or industry).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
· Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities
Qualifications:
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Experience with month-end close processes and/or tax compliance
· Familiarity with industry-specific accounting standards and regulations
· CPA or progress toward CPA certification is a plus, but not a must.
