Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Fill in when Store Manager is not presence
- Assisting Store Manager in all areas
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints or grievances
- Training new employees and developing current employees
- Assigning responsibilities to employees
- Managing the store inventory, including loss prevention through theft and breakage
- Organize merchandise on shelves/coolers and restock
- Processing sales transactions & accepting payments
- Maintain store image standards
- Other duties and tasks assigned as needed
Skills/Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
- Detailed orientated
Minimum Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Consistently lift a minimum of 10 pounds
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Requirements
- PDI experience
- Radiant register experience
- Two years of management experience
