Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- In charge of Payable and receivables
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of Quickbooks and related programs
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with general office knowledge
- AIA form , certified payroll and construction knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
