Key Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving incoming shipments and verifying contents against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Stock parts, materials, and products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customers and company locations.
- Create shipping labels and assist with shipment documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Help monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages or discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain warehouse shelving, storage areas, and parts locations.
- Ensure outgoing shipments are accurately packed and shipped on time.
- Coordinate with freight carriers and delivery services as needed.
- Accurately enter shipping, receiving, and inventory information into company systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day logistics, inventory, and warehouse activities.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, when required.
- Lift and move parts, materials, and products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
