- $1,500 per week during stay-at-home weeks
- Estimated Annual Salary: $136,500
- Military Bonus: Candidates with a military background are eligible for additional bonuses and negotiated increased pay.

You will be responsible for managing a team of three workers, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring efficient and professional operations at each job site.
Responsibilities
- Drive to various locations across the U.S. with the crew and equipment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring professional and courteous communication at each gun range.
- Supervise the unloading and loading of cleaning equipment to avoid damage to walls or property.
- Handle administrative tasks, including completing bills of lading and signing off on documents.
- Operate a forklift at job sites as needed and assist with loading trucks alongside crew members.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard of quality.
- Required:
- Valid driver’s license (CDL license strongly ).
- Leadership experience with teams or projects.
- Willingness to travel nationwide for up to six weeks at a time.
- Ability to stay organized and handle paperwork accurately.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain customer satisfaction.
- :
- Background in the military or experience with gun ranges (military background qualifies for additional bonuses and pay increases).
- Knowledge of guns and ammunition will be beneficial
- Engineering or mechanical problem-solving skills.
- Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts.
