The Electrical Maintenance Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new clients in need of electrical maintenance services. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. The representative will conduct on-site assessments and evaluations of clients' electrical systems to identify maintenance needs and opportunities for improvement. Collaboration with the technical team is essential to develop comprehensive maintenance proposals and service agreements for clients. In addition, the representative will present proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with their budgetary and operational requirements. Coordination with internal teams is necessary to ensure seamless execution of maintenance projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, the representative will provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure satisfaction and retention. Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices is crucial to effectively advise clients and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
