Energy Home Pros is expanding our Flooring Division and is looking for experienced, professional sales consultants who are passionate about helping homeowners transform their homes while earning an exceptional income.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home appointments
- Measure, design, and recommend flooring solutions
- Build value and earn the customer's trust
- Present financing and pricing options
- Close sales during the appointment
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation to contract
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of in-home flooring sales experience
- Proven track record of closing sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Compensation
- Commission-based
- First-year earning potential: $100,000–$250,000
- Performance bonuses and incentives
