What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Weatherization Installer/Laborer position at Energy Comfort & Construction LLC?
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. , climb ladders, crawl under buildings and attics, kneel, reach overhead and bend comfortably. Must be okay working in all kinds of weather.
2. Must be able to work in confined spaces (dark/tight areas) for long periods of time.
3. Construction experience is a plus.
4. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
5. Good driving record is a plus.
Energy Comfort & Construction has weatherization installer positions available. We are a weatherization company specializing in insulation, windows replacement, EPDM replacement, duct and air sealing, HVAC, water heater replacements and other weatherization related jobs. These are full-time permanent positions, 40 hours a week, plus overtime. We start each morning at 7:00 a.m. sharp at our shop. We need hard-working, dedicated individuals who are looking for a good place to work long-term. Experience desired, but we will train the right candidate. Construction, crew lead and/or HVAC experience a plus and will be compensated accordingly! We will pay you well for your experience. We provide coveralls and all tools and transportation to the job and back.

Great pay for anyone without any work history, we pay MORE if you have some work experience in the construction field and MORE if you have more experience or crew lead experience. We will pay more based on overall work history.
