About the Role
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll launch your career in a commercial, client-facing position where you’ll learn how to build business relationships, identify market opportunities, and connect top technology talent with leading companies.
This is an entry-level role designed for people who are motivated by results, enjoy working with people, and are ready to grow fast — with a clear promotion path and uncapped commission (up to 30%).
You’ll receive world-class training, hands-on mentoring, and all the support you need to build a successful career in technology recruitment.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across the U.S. tech market.
- Manage the full recruitment process — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and placement.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the U.S. and Europe.
- Achieve goals and milestones with a transparent career progression plan.
