Must Haves:
- Recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of filling permanent, locum tenens, or contract-to-hire roles with efficient turnaround.
- Internet savvy with a knack for leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other healthcare job boards.
- Proficiency with leading ATS systems.
- Excellent communication skills, high energy, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to providing outstanding service and a top-notch “Candidate Experience.”
- Availability for virtual client meetings to understand and meet hiring needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for NP/PA roles, utilizing advanced search techniques, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview preparation.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to deeply understand the roles and craft targeted search strategies.
- Dedicate efforts to expand your candidate network and nurture leads.
