What You’ll Do
- Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated spaces.
- Dust and wipe surfaces; sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces using appropriate products and equipment.
- Perform carpet cleaning as needed and instructed.
- Follow clients’ cleaning instructions and respect their homes, privacy, and belongings.
- Arrive on time and complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
Who We’re Looking For
Dependable, punctual individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. You should be comfortable working independently or with a team.
Residential cleaning, janitorial, or hotel housekeeping experience is helpful, but not required—we provide paid training.
Requirements
- Must have your own reliable transportation to assigned homes in Suffolk and/or Nassau County.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to speak and read English is preferred.
- Must reliably attend scheduled cleaning appointments.
Physical Requirements
This active position involves prolonged standing, frequent walking, reaching, kneeling, bending, climbing stairs, and repetitive cleaning tasks. Duties include lifting or moving items weighing up to 20 pounds, with occasional heavier items. Essential duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
