Superintendent - Hyperscale Data Centers
Location: Travelling (Major U.S. Data Center Markets)

An established hyperscale data center developer/operator is seeking an experienced Superintendent to support the delivery of large-scale, mission‑critical data center projects across the U.S.
The Role
As Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on‑site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with project management, trade partners, and client stakeholders on complex, fast‑paced builds.
✅Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day field operations on hyperscale data center projects
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and sequencing of works
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards
- Drive schedule performance and resolve site issues proactively
- Oversee QA/QC, inspections, and commissioning readiness
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers and engineering teams
🧠Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on large-scale data center projects
- Strong background in hyperscale or mission‑critical construction
- Experience working on projects $100M preferred
- In-depth knowledge of MEP coordination and critical-path scheduling
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high‑specification environments
